Summary:

|
Periodically, the district contracts with a third-party vendor to inspect, evaluate, and recommend repairs, maintenance, and reconstruction for the roofs of our buildings. In 2024, we inspected about 40% of our roofs. In 2025, we plan to inspect another 50% of our roofs under this agreement. The remaining 10% of our roofs are not due for this level of inspection because they are still relatively new. The TTUSD Maintenance Department uses these inspections and recommendations to schedule and budget for repairs and replacements to our roofs in both the near and far terms. |
